A truly unique experience, this Bordeaux style blend features Cabernet Sauvignon as well as Merlot, Malbec, and Petite Verdot. Fermented in barrel using wild yeast and aged four years on new French oak.

My favorite Turtle since Raphael is a Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend that aged four years in a blend of new and used French oaks. Now, it is eager to make friends. Turtle's black cherry and espresso aromas are spiced up by a sweet, salty note similar to Spanish peanuts. Black cherries join with anise and vanilla flavors to coat the palate. This is a full-bodied wine whose tannins are still flexing. — Michael Alberty

Brambly blackberry and ripe blueberry lead the way, layered with notes of plum and raspberry candy. Beneath the fruit – savory olive, cracked pepper, tobacco, and hints of woody spice lend depth and complexity. Rich structured, and lingering – this Syrah walks the line between wild character and polished power.

Opens with a sweet, aromatic nose of black cherry, ripe strawberry, and licorice. Beneath the fruit, earthy undertones of olive pepper and a whisper of game evoke the rugged scent of a well-worn hunting jacket, rounding out a wine that’s both wild and refined.

Fun, approachable expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that does not lack structure and complexity. Enjoy notes of red and black cherry, blackberry, and toasted wood. A tight structure coupled with silky tannins and good acidity provides a freshness to the varietal for which central Washington is so famous. True to form this wine will make you the star of any backyard BBQ or romantic date night.
